A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】 On October 12, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon-do, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daegu District Court on April 10, 2013, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daegu District Court on March 28, 2014, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daegu District Court on March 28, 2014, and was finally sentenced to a suspended sentence of KRW 8 months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (free license) at the Daegu District Court on October 23, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 31, 2014.
【Criminal Facts of Crimes】 On July 29, 2014, the Defendant driven a Cobserver car in the section 6 kilometers from the front side of the Seongbuk-gu Seongbuk-gu Seongbuk-gun Seongbuk-do Sungsungsung-dong Hospital to the front side of the same Gun-dong Do Sungsung-do Dosung-dong Hospital without obtaining a driver’s license on July 17:05.
