Punishment of the crime

On October 9, 2018, at around 10:07, the Defendant driven a C string truck without obtaining a driver’s license from around 2 K meters in the direction of the entrance of the entrance of the area where the Defendant wishesed to be located at approximately 6,00,00-ro 8,00 in the same Gu-ro, Seo-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, from around 10:07 to the front of the 3rd road.
