A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than 6 months for a crime of No. 2 through No. 7 of the decision of the court with prison labor for not less than 4 months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 16, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny for six months in the Busan District Court Branch of the Incheon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 24th of the same month.

However, the fact was that the disqualified person was not the owner of the defendant's cell phone which was lost.
At around 18:00 on the same day, the defendant sells mobile phones owned by the defendant who met or completed the management of K's employees in the Suwon-si Station of Gyeonggi-do.
