1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 616,302,191 and KRW 560,00,000 among them, from March 23, 2007.

1. Determination as to the claim

A. The defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the money stated in the order to the plaintiff, when there is no dispute between the parties concerned or when the evidence No. 1 is stated below.

(1) Around September 23, 2003, the Plaintiff set the amount of KRW 560,000,000 to the Defendants on March 10, 2005 with interest rate of KRW 20%, and the Defendants jointly and severally paid the said principal and interest.

(2) Until March 22, 2007, the Defendants did not pay the remainder loans of KRW 616,302,191 [the principal = 560,00,000 won = 56,302,191 won (the interest calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from March 11, 2005 to March 22, 2007] and the above interest rate of KRW 227,682,191 (the amount obtained by subtracting the above repayment amount from the interest rate of KRW 227,682,191).

B. Defendant B alleged that the remaining Defendant, etc. were aware of, coercion and deception at the time of the above lending, but there is no evidence to acknowledge this.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
