Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 1, 2012, an execution officer belonging to the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court was entrusted by the creditor with the execution of the execution by the Export-Import Bank of Korea, and attached a seizure indication on goods, such as 120 alliances (SKIP) at the KB Cable Co., Ltd. factory located in 41-2, Malsan-si, Malsan-si, Malsan-si, Malsan-si, 1200.

However, at around 02:00 on April 9, 2013, the Defendant, along with D, tried to use and possess 414 emptys in the market value with a seizure mark attached at the above location, to carry them in a truck, etc., and attempted to transfer possession to the F of the factory manager.
