Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 4,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is a taxi driver of CA, who is engaged in driving of D Lastasi.
On March 10, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on March 10, 2012:25, and led to an intersection at the entrance of Busan Mine-gu from the 2nd circulation road to the high-tech one way from the 75km in speed.
