The grounds for appeal by the plaintiff citing the judgment of the court of first instance are not different from the allegations in the court of first instance, and even if each evidence submitted to the court of first instance (including the results of the inquiry and reply to the national bank) was presented to this court, the fact-finding and judgment of the court of first instance are recognized as legitimate.
