Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On November 14, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of interference with business in the Suwon District Court Gyeyang branch on the crime of interference with business, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 12, 2019.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On June 13, 2019, from around 12:33 to 12:54 of the same day, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: D restaurant operated by the victim C in king-si from around 12:33 to around 13:54 of the same day; (a) without any justifiable reason, the Defendant sent the victim C with a view to: (b) the victim C, who was placed in the front of the president of the Republic of Korea, and (c) the victim C, who was unable to enter the victim’s restaurant, by making a report on the inside the inside and outside of the house, and making it possible for the victim E, who was in a packing package for delivery food, to enter the victim E with the victim’s desire to “the victim is a hyking,” thereby preventing the victim from entering the restaurant by force.
