In light of the above, we rejected the Defendant’s allegation of the grounds of appeal as to misapprehension of the legal principles.

The judgment below

Although examining the reasoning of the lower judgment in light of the relevant legal principles and evidence duly admitted, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the exclusion of illegally collected evidence and the admissibility of secondary evidence as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
