1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 13, 2020, the Defendant driven an eWW125EX2 Obba, which was not covered by mandatory insurance without a motor driver’s license, from the front of the Daegu-gun apartment apartment building B to the front of the D, located in the same military sector, around 18:00.
