A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 3, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Southern District Court on January 3, 2008, a summary order of KRW 2 million for the same crime at the Seoul Central District Court on June 11, 2008, and a summary order of KRW 7 million for the same crime at the Seoul Central District Court on September 4, 2014.

At around 22:40 on May 14, 2020, the Defendant driven CK7 car while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.149% of alcohol concentration in the 4km section from the Seocheon-si Civil Athletic Site to the front road of Siung-si, Seocheon-si. B.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
