Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 30, 2017, at around 22:00, the Defendant driven a B-low vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 1 k section of approximately 1 km from the shooting distance to the lighting building located within the same 1434, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.
