Punishment of the crime

On March 5, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of fraud at the Seoul Southern District Court for the same year.

[Basic Facts] In order to stabilize the residence of homeless workers, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport operates a system for lending workers’ entire housing loan funds at a rate lower than the market interest rate without securing the entire housing loan funds from the National Housing Fund.

The Defendant, who was entrusted with loan-related business, was able to obtain a loan easily through a formal examination when submitting only documents related to the loan and a house charter contract to the financial institution, by making false documents related to employment and a house charter contract on the ground of a false lessee and a false lessor and submitting them to the financial institution.
