Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 27, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual special larceny in Gangnam Branch Branch of the Chuncheon District Court, and three years of suspension of execution. As seen above, the Defendant habitually stolen property worth KRW 13520,000,000, total market value of three other victims, as follows:
1.
