Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

In 2015, the Defendant contacted with Sungnam-si Da in order to pay 150,000 won in cash in return for sexual traffic in the Busan Jin-gu D E department store, and carried out sexual traffic once in return for sexual traffic. On December 2, 2015, the Defendant contacted with Sungnam-si F through Smartphone-holding, which was in contact with the Sungnam-si D E department store, and received 150,000 won in cash in return for sexual traffic at the f department store next to the Busan Jin-gu E department store, Busan, and carried out sexual traffic once in return for sexual traffic.
