The Central Land Tribunal’s ruling on May 17, 2014 - Compensation for losses: 119,01,50 won (10,037,300 won in part of the instant land among the instant land, 108,974,200 won, and dismissal of an objection to the portion of the instant building) - The current status of the instant land is appropriate to evaluate the current status of the instant land as a private road because it constitutes a road for access to a building where the landowner cannot arbitrarily restrict access to another person, and the area of the present condition is confirmed by the Korea Land Tribunal. Therefore, the Plaintiff’s objection is not accepted since it is confirmed that the current status of the road was surveyed by the Korea Land Tribunal. [Grounds for recognition] The purport of the entries and arguments in subparagraphs 1 and 2, and the purport of the Plaintiff’s assertion and determination of the present status of the instant land, which is the land of this case, should be assessed as a site, which is a land category.

In fact, the land in this case is located near the southwest of the "G elementary school" located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and most of the surrounding residential houses, multi-family houses, main commercial buildings, etc. are mixed.
