Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who operates a singing practice room with a trade name, “F singing practice room” located in Dong Sea E.

Every karaoke machine business operator shall be prohibited from selling or offering alcoholic beverages at his/her place of business, or from employing any entertainment business or arranging any entertainment business, or doing entertainment business.

A. On December 19, 2014, the Defendant sold 3,000 won a bottle to customers G who had been located in the said room, and ordered B, who received KRW 30,000 as a service fee for entertainment loan from G and received KRW 30,00 from G, to drink entertainment together with G, or to provide entertainment with singing or dance.

B. Around 21:00 on February 13, 2015, the Defendant sold to four customers including H et al. one disease and two disease and two disease and so on to 10,000 won.

2. Defendant B’s Defendant A

At the same time and place as the paragraph, the above A received 20,000 won as service fees, and performed entertainment with G as a guest, or provided entertainment with music or dancing.
