The defendant shall pay to the plaintiffs each money stated in the separate sheet "amount payable" as stated in the separate sheet, and as from October 22, 2015.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Defendant is an educational foundation that operates Jeju International University, and the Plaintiffs are professors or teaching staff of Jeju International University.

B. From around 2012, the Defendant did not pay the Plaintiffs’ wages properly, and the period and amount for which the Plaintiffs did not pay the Plaintiffs the wages properly are as stated in the separate sheet and the unpaid amount.

According to the above facts finding as to the cause of claim, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiffs unpaid wages at an annual rate of 5% per annum as stipulated in the Civil Act from October 22, 2015 to June 27, 2016, which is the day following the date of service of a copy of the application for modification of the purport of claim made from October 22, 2015 to June 27, 2016, and damages for delay calculated at 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiffs' claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
