Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 01:30 on November 12, 2019, the Defendant driven C rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 2 km at the front of B in front of the same time on an insular road not exceeding 01:30 on the same day.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

In order to park the said car, the Defendant was driving at a low speed at a low speed in order to park the b tri-distance road at the time of the temporary border as stated in paragraph (1).

Since other automobiles are parked on the road side, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to prevent the driver of the vehicle from shocking other automobiles in parking and to prevent the accident in advance by operating the steering system well.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and did not operate the steering gear accurately, and did not fit the steering gear on the road that was parked on the back by negligence, and shocked the fence front of the steering seat of the EFD car, which is owned by the victim D, which was parked on the back.

Ultimately, even though the Defendant damages a Rad's car parked due to the above occupational negligence to the extent of the repair cost on the road, the Defendant immediately stopped and did not provide personal information to the victim.
