A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than an entrusted business entity, who is the Seoul Olympic Winter Games Foundation or the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation and a person who is not an entrusted business entity, shall engage in an act of providing property or property benefits to persons who win the result by issuing sports promotion voting rights or a similar things, and no person shall publicize such similar act, or act as a broker or intermediary for the promotion of sports or the purchase of things similar thereto, or engage in gambling using such similar act.

On April 4, 2013, the Defendant purchased similar sports promotion voting rights in the way of receiving dividends in accordance with the pre-determined ratio of distribution, such as winning, winning, and winning in the sports competition after depositing KRW 1 million in the name of the company-based bank account in the name of the Defendant, at the PC account established by the Seoul Olympic Games National Sports Promotion Foundation and a person other than the entrusted business entity at the PC room located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant deposited KRW 1,00,000 in the name of the company-based bank account in the name of the Defendant, which is a similar sports Saturday account.

In addition, from April 4, 2013 to October 1, 2015, the Defendant purchased the right to vote for the promotion of similar sports in total of 644,59,000 won through 333 times, as shown in the list of crimes in the same manner.

As a result, the defendant was gambling by using the act of issuing similar sports promotion voting rights.
