A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 20, 2016, the Defendant was driving a vehicle in the E-arched state of alcohol content of about 0.080% at approximately 3km section from the front parking lot operated by the Defendant in Gangnam-si B to the order information high school located in the same order-based Eup, Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, through the order-based information high school located in the same order-based Eup.

2. The Defendant is a person who drives a car known to E in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.

On January 20, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 00:15, and led to turn to the left at the bottom of the Jin Information High School at the intersection of D in front of Gangnam-si, and at the bottom of the Jin Information High School.

There was a duty of care to drive a person engaged in driving service as a three-distance intersection in a way that does not interfere with the operation of a vehicle in a way that well sees the right and the right.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to make a left turn at a time, and received two-wheel automobiles from GS 110 driving by the victim F (26 years old) who was in a right turn at the end of the mast (26 years old) as the front part of the Defendant vehicle.

As above, Defendant 1 suffered injury to the above victim, i.e., the left-hand part of the 8 weeks of medical treatment, brush, escape, etc.
