A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the vice president of C Co., Ltd. (the father D of the defendant's representative director) located in B at the time of Gyeongnam Kim Jong-si.

1. In order to promote the employment and stabilize the occupation of disabled persons, the Minister of Employment and Labor shall support the business owner who employs disabled persons in excess of the mandatory employment ratio of the regular workers on a monthly basis with an amount calculated by multiplying the number of disabled workers by the unit cost of the subsidy paid

On April 11, 2014, the Defendant filed an application for the payment of employment incentives for disabled persons with the employment incentive with the amount of KRW 2,400,00, with the employment contract and monthly salary ledger prepared falsely as if he/she is a disabled person who works full-time at C Co., Ltd. from January 1, 2014 to March 2014, the Defendant submitted an application for the payment of employment incentives for disabled persons with disabilities with the amount of KRW 17 workers, the number of disabled workers (E, F, G), the amount of the application for the payment of employment incentives for disabled persons with the employment incentive from March 201.

However, in fact, E was the mother of the defendant and was not a disabled person who works full time in C Co., Ltd.

As above, the Defendant deceivings employees of the Korea Employment Agency for Disabled Persons with Disabilities in accordance with the criteria for granting the employment incentive of 2,400,000 won in total under the employment incentive of disabled persons in the first quarter of January 2014 from the Korea Employment Agency for Disabled Persons with Disabilities to this end, and excludes the amount calculated by multiplying the standard number of employees with disabilities by the unit price for payment for the two remaining employees with disabilities who exceeded the standard number of employees with disabilities (2,40,000 won = 80,000 won in total, 500,000 won in total, which is women with severe disabilities) x 3 months in accordance with the criteria for granting the employment incentive of disabled persons with disabilities to the Agricultural Bank account in the name of the Agricultural Bank (H) under the name of the Agricultural Bank Co., Ltd. for Disabled Persons with Disabilities.
