1. The Defendant’s KRW 8,03,190 as well as 5% per annum from September 10, 2013 to March 19, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. On September 10, 2013, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) boarded the Plaintiff’s seat one time on the front of the Dong office without entering the apartment; and (b) caused injury to the Plaintiff, such as the escape of the left-hand fright, etc. on the ground that the Plaintiff was going to go to the front of the Dong office without entering the apartment; (c) on the ground that the Plaintiff was able to report to the police two times by breaking the Defendant’s seat; and (d) on the ground that the Plaintiff was plpling the Plaintiff’s hand, plucking the Plaintiff’s seat, which was frighted in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon Metropolitan City, to the Plaintiff for about four weeks of medical treatment.

B. According to the above facts, the defendant is liable to compensate the plaintiff for damages caused by the tort of the above injury.
C. The Defendant’s limitation of liability for damages is also subject to medical treatment on the part of the Defendant’s title, left-hand hand, and clothes. The Plaintiff’s negligence is not less than 50%, and the Defendant’s liability should be limited to 50%. As such, it is difficult to recognize that the Defendant’s negligence was caused by the Plaintiff’s negligence due to the occurrence or expansion of the damages caused by the instant accident, and the Defendant’s above assertion is rejected.
2. Scope of damages.
