The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. At around 12:40 on April 30, 2020, the Defendant, at the first floor of the “C funeral hall” in Yancheon-gun, Yancheon-gun, talked about a complaint about the use of his relative D’s funeral procedure, and she was frighted on the ground that the method of use of his/her fright does not lead to mind, and the victim E (E, South, 30 years old) who was faced with his/her disturbance while he/she was faced with his/her arms, committed assaulting the victim of her fright at one time with his/her fright while she sated the Defendant’s arms.
