1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

Reasons
1. The amount of KRW 3 million on January 26, 2016, which was KRW 300,000,000,000, Securities Savings Bank, Inc., Ltd., a loan on the opposite contractual party’s date;

2. The assertion and judgment
A. The plaintiff's assertion that the plaintiff informed his relative B of the authorized certificate and OTP number in the name of the plaintiff, but B entered into a monetary loan agreement with the defendants without the plaintiff's consent, and used the loan with the passbook in the name of the plaintiff. The plaintiff did not enter into each of the monetary loan agreements with the defendants, and the plaintiff asserts that each of the loans obligations against the defendants did not exist.
