1. The plaintiffs' primary claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Comprehensively taking account of the following facts: (a) evidence No. 1-1 to 3; (b) evidence No. 3; (c) evidence No. 4; and (d) the purport of the entire pleadings, the fact that L was assessed against K forest land No. 21231 square meters (hereinafter “K forest”); (c) L died on or around February 5, 1961; (d) registration of preservation of ownership of L’s heir’s M on February 20, 1989 in relation to K forest land was made on or around February 20, 1989; (e) registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of the Defendants, a heir of M on November 20, 2006, who is the heir of M on November 20, 2006 in relation to each of the 1/3 shares of K forest land.

2. Judgment on the primary cause of the claim

A. The plaintiffs purchased the land of this case from L on March 10, 1954 by the plaintiff's husband and the other plaintiff's husband and the plaintiff's wife. The plaintiffs purchased from L on March 10, 1954 the land of this case from L to 15,000, and the plaintiffs are N' inheritors, because they sought the registration of transfer of ownership based on the above sales contract against the defendants who are K forest owners. Thus, according to the following facts: N died on June 22, 2012; the plaintiff Eul, Eul, D, E, F, and G; the plaintiff's spouse's husband and children; the plaintiffs were managing N's graves, etc. on the land of this case; the plaintiffs were able to recognize the fact that they cultivated N's graves, trees, nights, etc. on the land of this case; however, there is no sufficient evidence to acknowledge the existence of the above part of the plaintiffs' testimony.
