A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant committed the following crimes under the state that the defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to a stimulative disorder with symptoms of mental disorder:
1. On July 8, 2012, around 16:45, the Defendant: (a) misunderstanding that the victim E (here, 57 years of age) took a bath to himself/herself in front of the D cafeteria located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon; (b) lowered the part of the victim’s arms on three occasions, which is a dangerous object, and inflicted an injury on the victim in the number of days of treatment.
2. Destruction and damage of property carrying a deadly weapon;
A. On July 8, 2012, around 16:48, the Defendant destroyed KRW 60,000 of the repair cost by exposing a brick, which is a dangerous object in the vicinity of the public telephone boxes owned by the victim KTinger, installed in the front of G in Seo-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon.
B. At around 16:52 on the same day, the Defendant laid a brick, which is a dangerous thing at the front entrance, etc. of the J urban bus operated by the victim I in front of the same H hospital, and damaged KRW 325,050 for repair costs.
3. Injury;
A. On July 2, 2012, at around 12:35, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s Mamat 104 in the Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, on the ground that the victim’s Ma (here, 49 years of age) was her own; (b) expressed the victim’s her desire to “Ying-gu Ying-gu” on the ground that the victim reported to the police; (c) carried the victim’s head her hand with his/her hand; and (d) inflicted injury on the victim, such as cerebrs, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment on the cell phone.
B. On July 15, 2012, around 18:20 on July 15, 2012, the Defendant: (a) determined that the victim O (the 46-year old) who was living in front of the Seo-gu Daejeon N was hump to himself; (b) caused the victim’s hump to himself; (c) caused the victim’s bump, bump, sale, sale, sale, sale, sale, and sale, knife the victim’s hume; and (d) fume, fump, etc., requiring the victim’s treatment for about two weeks.
C. On July 18, 2012, the Defendant was discharged from active service around 17:29.
