1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a person holding concurrent office as the president of the G Department, H University and I Research Institute in Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do. On December 2012, 2012, the “Contract Department” of the said FF university was introduced under the Industrial Education Enhancement and Industry-Academia-Research Cooperation Promotion Act as a degree course that industrial enterprises and industrial educational institutions may establish and operate under contract to train human resources customized to industrial enterprises (type of employment conditions), train their employees, and train their employees in order to improve their ability to perform duties (type of re-education).

The term "industrial advice" means where an industrial teacher advises an industrial enterprise, a business operators' organization, or a functional organization (hereinafter referred to as "industrial enterprise, etc.") on the management of an industrial enterprise, or improvement and development, etc. of industrial technology;
