1. All appeals filed by the plaintiffs are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. Division and merger of land, etc. and change in rights 1) Before I,061, 3,061, Gyeongbuk-gun, Gyeongbuk-do (hereinafter “Seoul-do”) are “Lri”.

) The land is divided into M on March 4, 197. (4) After the division from M on March 4, 197 to M, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on March 21, 197. On August 20, 1981, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in M on March 21, 197. The registration of ownership transfer was completed in order with the same registration date as that of the land A before and after the said division and the same registration date as that of the land B, Industrial Bank of Korea, and Y Co., Ltd.

B. W, around 1978, around 3,061, around 1961, owned by W (this land became the first land before subdivision following the change of the divided land category as seen earlier).

In doing so, the Yora Ange Reagushes 885 square meters, b. (c) 58 Yorge Reagushes sap Agushes sap Reagushes 58 square meters, and 4 sapagushes gushes gushes gushes sap, and completed registration of preservation of ownership in its name on September 26, 1978, and thereafter the above building was reconstructed and changed its use.
