A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On October 6, 2014, the Defendant took four victims of a total of 15 times, from the time on January 21, 2019, on the following day: (a) the Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence located in Gyeyang-gu, Goyang-gu; (b) the Victim C (the name, the age of 23) was locked, and (c) performed the Defendant’s smartphone function in the Defendant’s smartphone, and (d) taken a film of telegraphs, parts of sound, etc. that the victim was able to enjoy in the state of body by using the aforesaid smartphone, and (d) taken four victims of a total of 15 times, as described in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

Accordingly, the defendant taken 15 times the body of a person who may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame using a mobile phone camera against his will.
