Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a marina business with the trade name B.

No one shall commit any act falling under the business notified by the Minister of Gender Equality and Family in school environmental sanitation and cleanup zones.

From April 4, 2012 to March 11, 2014, the Defendant operated a business in which the act of sexual intercourse or of similarity is likely to be done by carrying out the business in the trade name of “B” after being equipped with the facilities such as shower rooms, etc. in five spaces partitioned from the “C elementary school” and the “Seoul Dong-gu D Da-gu Da-gu 1st, located within the school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone within 200 meters with partitionss.
