1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff, as the representative of the D Center (hereinafter “the Center”), concluded a labor contract with the Defendants, a caregiver, and agreed that “When a caregiver, a caregiver, who is a caregiver, leads a beneficiary of long-term care insurance for the aged (hereinafter “beneficiary”), to unfairly move to an institution other than the Center, the Plaintiff may claim damages against the caregiver.”

From December 9, 2009, Defendant B worked at the instant center from December 17, 2010 to January 28, 2015, respectively.
C. The Defendants and the instant caregiver E, who worked at the center, retired from the instant center and worked at the medical care center called “F” from February 2, 2015.
Since then, E retired from office around March 2015, and again worked at the center of this case.
However, as shown in paragraph 2 below, some of the defendants and recipients whom E had been in charge of the past (hereinafter "beneficiary of this case") were moved to F, and some of them returned to the center of this case again.

2. The summary of the Plaintiff’s assertion was to establish the F, to assist Defendant C and E to move the instant recipients to F, along with Defendant C and E.
The plaintiff sustained losses that could have been earned if the beneficiary of this case continued to have continued to exist in the center of this case (the amount of medical care benefits and labor costs) as shown below.
Therefore, the Defendants are liable to compensate the respective Plaintiff for damages arising from the breach of the instant labor contract.
