A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

When the Defendant came to know of the fact that “F (the age of 13) is a child or youth F (the age of 13) who was known to each other through late April 2016, 2016 and is in need of money to seek a room,” the Defendant would obtain a room against F (the age of 2016).

In order to compensate for money, the term “F” is called “Gel”, “Hel”, etc. located in Incheon, and the Defendant sought a man who is engaged in sexual traffic through a collection-raising method, and F was able to receive and divide the same with the male and the sexual traffic, and the latter was able to receive the same.

On April 14, 2016, around 16:30 on April 14, 2016, the Defendant put a letter "J" into "Hel" in "Hel" in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, "J", and set the price for sexual traffic and the place of promise through "J" and "J", which reported the above writing, and caused F to enter into sexual traffic and receive 100,000 won for sexual traffic from April 10, 201 to April 14, 2016. The Defendant received 10,000 to 150,000 won for sexual traffic and caused F to engage in sexual traffic in the name of the male and female in the same manner as above, in total four times from April 10, 2016 to April 14, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the purchase of sex of children and juveniles.

The defendant of "2016 Highest 4789" was a child or juvenile F (F, 13 years old) who was a child or juvenile and was playing in the vicinity of the Dong-gu government on December 2015.

1. On January 2016, the Defendant: (a) applied the “JJ” of smartphone-rating fluoring fluoring fluoring fluor; (b) determined the nameless male and female influoring fluoring fluoring fluoring fluor; and (c) sent F to the commitment place.

It received 150,000 won for sexual traffic from the south of sex purchase and made it possible to engage in sexual traffic three times in total.
