Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a X-ray car.

On April 18, 2016, 13:25, the Defendant, along with three-lanes, proceeded at the speed of about 10km from the inside side to Seoul along the three-lane roads in front of the shooting distance in the Hanan-gu Arts Park in Ansan-gu, Manyang-si.
