Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a D-lucing car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.2% at a distance of about 50 meters from the road front of the 50-metern culture of the dominium, in a state of being under the influence of alcohol content at least 0.4%.
