1. Of the distribution schedule prepared by the said court on April 24, 2019 in the Incheon District Court C dividend procedure case, against the Defendant.

1. Basic facts
A. 1 Notarial Deed Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”)
On August 29, 2016, a notary public drafted and issued a promissory note No. 11177, 2016, to the Defendant, a notary public acknowledged the compulsory execution of a law firm E-certificate, which is KRW 300 million. 2) Company F (hereinafter “F”) and D, February 20, 2017, a notary public drafted and issued a promissory note No. 128, 2017, to the Defendant, to the effect that a notary public recognizes the compulsory execution of a law firm G deed No. 128, 2017 (hereinafter “instant authentic deed”).
B. The Defendant was issued a claim seizure and collection order with respect to the claim against the Incheon District Court 2017TTTT No. 15130, the Incheon District Court 2017TTTA under the No. 15130. 2) The Defendant submitted a claim statement of KRW 900,000 to the Defendant with the No. 128 of the Incheon District Court No. 2017, Oct. 26, 2017 in the distribution procedure of the money deposited by the Incheon District Court HAC as to the money deposited by the obligor D, and the said court made a distribution schedule to distribute KRW 315,97,443 to the Defendant on October 26, 2017, and distributed the dividend table to the Defendant.
C. In the Incheon District Court I’s distribution procedure of the distribution procedure for the money deposited by the Republic of Korea for debtor D, the Defendant submitted a statement of claim amounting to KRW 300 million to the Defendant on November 8, 2017, the Incheon District Court 2017TTTT 2017TT 15131, and the collection amount based on the original copy of the decision of the collection order. On December 20, 2017, the said court prepared a distribution schedule to distribute the amount of KRW 23,417,906 to the Defendant and distributed the said KRW 23,417,906 to the Defendant.
The Defendant received a seizure and collection order as to the claim against D’s J Co., Ltd. based on the Notarial Deed of this case as the Incheon District Court 2018TTT, 19317. 2) The Incheon District Court C in relation to the money deposited by KK Co., Ltd. (formerly named J Co., Ltd.) for the debtor D.
