When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 13, 2017, the Defendant driven a B-car at approximately 200 meters away from the previous month to the road of about 499, as in front of the Motor Vehicle Inspection Station located in the Daegu Seogsan-gu, Daegu-gu, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.284% during blood transfusion around 21:55.
