1. At around 17:00 on December 30, 2013, the C vehicle is shocked while the vehicle was moving from the parking lot near the Gyeongan-dong in Gwangju Metropolitan City.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is an insurer who has entered into a comprehensive automobile insurance contract with respect to the Category B vehicles owned by D (hereinafter “Korea Automobile”), and the Defendant is the owner of C Vehicle (hereinafter “victim”).

B. At around 17:00 on December 20, 2013, D did not discover any damaged vehicle parked in the parking lot near the Gyeongdong-dong in Gwangju Metropolitan City, and instead shocked the part behind the steering seat of the damaged vehicle and the part behind the driver’s seat of the damaged vehicle (hereinafter “instant accident”), and the part behind the damaged vehicle was damaged.

C. After the instant accident, the Defendant: (a) requested the repair of the damaged vehicle to E; and (b) determined that E is necessary to replace the spread because it is likely to decrease the spread during operation; and (c) the damaged vehicle agreed to identify the parts to be replaced by E and the Plaintiff’s employees as imported vehicles in 1996.

After all, E replaced the part secured by Plaintiff 1,259,973 by Plaintiff 1,259,973.

E. Meanwhile, from December 26, 2013 to January 18, 2014, the Defendant used a siren for 23 days from the completion of repair of the damaged vehicle. As a result, there was a siren6,440,00 won (i.e., 280,000 won per day x 23 days), and E claimed the Plaintiff for repair cost of 310,90 won.

2. The plaintiff's assertion

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion (i.e., the damaged vehicle was a flicker’s flicker for a minor accident of this case, which can be accepted in color.

The color expenses of Sheber shall be 250,000 won, one day, which is the ordinary period necessary for painting, and 315,000 won as of the first day.
