Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 17, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven B Poter truck at a distance of about 1 km from the front side of Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Seoul-do, to the another on the road located in the south-gu, Ulsan-do, Seoul-do, the Seoul-do Poter-do.

In accordance with the evidence duly adopted and examined by this court, part of the facts charged was revised to the extent that it does not interfere with the defendant's defense right.
