A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for a violation of the Establishment of Homeland Reserve Forces Act by the Ulsan District Court on January 27, 2012, and on August 23, 2012, the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 23, 2012, and is currently under suspended sentence, and the same criminal record was 35 times.
