1. The plaintiff's claim against the defendants is dismissed in entirety.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. The plaintiff's assertion

A. The Plaintiff is a person who operates a job placement office at the construction site B, and arranges and causes workers to do so.

B. The Plaintiff introduced workers to the Defendants through C, and the Defendants employed workers and put them into the following construction site:

The Defendants did not pay wages to workers and paid the following wages to workers in subrogation of the Defendants.

1) Defendant Song River Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Song River Construction”)

() From October 28, 201 to November 1, 2011, the Plaintiff employed the Plaintiff at the site of civil engineering works located in Cheongbuk-do, but did not pay KRW 1,753,00. From November 28, 2011 to December 6, 2011, the Plaintiff did not pay KRW 810,000 for each of the said wages to the workers on December 6, 201, as the Plaintiff did not pay KRW 2,563,000 for each of the said wages to the workers on December 6, 2011 (hereinafter “Defendant Cheong-do Construction”) but did not pay KRW 1,753,00 for the wages to the workers on October 19, 201 through October 18, 2011.

3) Defendant Seocho Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Seocho Construction”)

From October 2, 2011 to October 26, 2011, the Plaintiff was paid wages to workers on December 6, 2012, 201, even though the Plaintiff hired workers hired workers from the construction site located in Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, the Plaintiff did not pay wages of KRW 3,445,00.

C. The Defendants issued a construction subcontract to C at each of the above construction sites, and thus, they are jointly and severally obligated with C, a subcontractor, to pay wages to workers under Article 44-2 of the Labor Standards Act. The Plaintiff paid the total amount of wages to workers by subrogation of the Defendants.
