1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 1,315,681 to Plaintiff A, respectively, and each of them on December 2, 2012, to Plaintiff B, C, D, E, F, and G.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff A is the spouse of H (hereinafter "the deceased"), and the plaintiff B, C, D, E, F, and G are the children of the deceased.

The defendant is a school juristic person that operates a character university Seoul Myle Hospital (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant hospital").

B. (1) From around September 5, 2012, the Deceased was diagnosed by an acute breadal typosis (R/O AML) in the Chungcheongnam-gu Hospital via an individual hospital on the grounds that there was symptoms for easy hole during the deceased’s diagnosis, treatment, and death, and around September 13, 2012 for close inspection and treatment.

(2) The medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital diagnosed the deceased as a ambling ambling ambling ambling ambling ambling amblings (MDS) by conducting blood and ambling test, blood species ambling test, etc., and planned to perform future treatment through ambling treatment and close examination as it falls under the risk low or middle-1 of the ambling test index (IPS), but is highly likely to have a blood transfusion due to the ambing of the blood plate.

(3) The Defendant hospital’s medical personnel appeared to have a training reaction in the deficiency test on the deceased’s blood plate, and the medical personnel at the Defendant hospital administered the stroke in order to reduce the resistance and increase the blood plate, but continued to reduce the blood plate and suspended the stroke medication so as to have no reaction to the stroke medication.

Medical insurance is applied only to the case accompanied by an empty blood, and in the case of the Deceased, it is not possible to apply the medical insurance because it is not accompanied by an empty blood.

Accordingly, the deceased decided to participate in the clinical experiment conducted by the Defendant Hospital (a study comparing the method of reducing the 7-day administration and the period of the 5-day administration period) for 7 days in the method of administering a brupt.

(4) From December 3, 2012 to December 9, 2012, the medical personnel at Defendant Hospital: (a) injected the deceased with brudation; (b) blood transfusiond the deceased on December 5, 2012; and (c) the blood plate of the deceased is as follows.
