Punishment of the crime

On August 4, 2015, at around 00:18, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at approximately 0.153% (blood collection result) of blood alcohol concentration on the section of approximately 10 kilometers from the Dong-dong to Dong-dong, Busan, and drive HG car volume.
