1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company with the business purpose of entertainment assistance business, etc. (the name of the relocated company is “A”; hereinafter “Defendant”).

The defendant is the number of houses operated as "D" for a female group, which was located in a large sum on November 25, 2011.

Article 1 (Purpose) On the premise that the plaintiff and the defendant actively cooperate for the mutual interest and development, the defendant shall not only promote self-development by demonstrating his own talent and qualities through best efforts, but also focus on honor and reputation as a popular culture artist. The plaintiff aims to promote mutual interest by faithfully providing human services so that the defendant's talent and qualities can be displayed to the maximum extent and by making his best efforts to maximize the defendant's interests.

Article 2 (Grant, etc. of Human Rights) ① The Defendant delegates the Plaintiff the exclusive management authority for the activities as popular culture artists (hereinafter referred to as “entertainment activities”). The Plaintiff shall exercise the exclusive management authority delegated to the Plaintiff.

② The Plaintiff shall exercise the Human Rights in good faith so that the Defendant can exercise his/her own talent and ability to the maximum extent. The Plaintiff shall endeavor to ensure that the Plaintiff’s personal rights, such as the Defendant’s private security in relation to entertainment activities within the scope of the Human Rights, do not infringe on the Plaintiff’s privacy.

Article 3 (Period of Contract and Renewal) (1) Contract term of this contract shall be seven years from the date of conclusion of this contract.

Article 5 (Plaintiff’s Human Management Authority, Duties, etc.) (1) The Plaintiff has the following management authority and duties with respect to the Plaintiff under this Agreement:

1. Implementation or entrustment of all education for the acquisition and improvement of necessary abilities;

2. Negotiations and conclusion of contracts for entertainment activities;

3. Receiving and managing prices from a third party for entertainment activities;

8. Other support for the defendant's entertainment activities.
