A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] The Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million by the Incheon District Court on October 15, 2014, and a fine of KRW 2 million by the same court as the same crime on April 20, 2015.

[2] Although Defendant 1 had been punished for drinking more than twice as above, Defendant 2 driven B-cracking car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.075% without obtaining a driver’s license from around May 15, 2018 to about 500 meters from the after-west, Seogu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon to the deep-ro death distance.
