Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Where a person liable for military service moves his/her place of residence, he/she shall file a move-in report under Article 16 of the Resident Registration Act within 14 days.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not move-in report within 14 days of moving-in, even though the Defendant moved-in to the Moel located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from March 2014, 101, 809.
