A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant received demand from the victim E, F, and G for payment of KRW 16,17,00 of the cost of building materials and construction from the victim E, F, and G, and KRW 6,488,450 of the cost of building materials and construction from the victim E, and KRW 16,17,00 of the cost of building materials, from the victim E, from August 2010 to September 1, 2010.

As above, the Defendant acquired the victims’ property benefits, which were delayed until May 4, 201, prior to the due date for the payment of promissory notes, by making false statements, from the victims.
2. Fraud against the Korea Electric Power Corporation (2012 highest 489) is the actual operator of a social welfare foundation N established for the purpose of establishing and operating a welfare facility for the aged.

The Korea Electric Power Corporation’s employees from the above employees requested the Korea Electric Power Corporation to sublet the above buildings to N. The Korea Electric Power Corporation’s Jeju branch office was the owner of the above buildings and the lessor’s default on Q, Q, Inc.
