1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 2,000,755,015 and KRW 2,000,000 among them, starting from August 25, 2020.

Articles 208(3)2, 150(3), and 150(1) of the Civil Procedure Act based on recognition (a judgment by deeming confessions, and the Defendants, upon receiving the instant payment order, submitted only a formal reply stating the purport of denying the Plaintiff’s filing of an objection to the payment order and the Plaintiff’s claim, and did not submit a substantive response containing specific arguments and did not appear on the date of pleading. Therefore, the Plaintiff’s assertion is deemed to have been led to the confession of all of the facts alleged by the Plaintiff).
