A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours against the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from April 2012 to May 2016, 2016, hereinafter “2016 Highest 4608”), did not make sufficient progress for the victim, but rather did not have a hedging defect with the Defendant, and, if hedging, tried to take pictures of sexually related video images for the purpose of using them for threatening the victim.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other crimes);

A. On May 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) set up a passenger car in F in the park located in Y in Yaju-si, Yaju-si, Yaju-si; (b) returned a black scam photographer installed in the said car to the chief scam, and (c) taken a scam of the victim’s sexual intercourse with the victim.

B. On November 3, 2016, the Defendant distributed to 81 persons, including the victim’s children G (22 Do), victim’s friendship H (44 years old) within a passenger car parked in F F near the city of 22:23 on November 3, 2016, by transmitting a sexually related video recorded in the following manner: (a) the Defendant distributed it to 81 persons, including the victim’s children G (22 Do) and the victim’s friendship H (44 years old).

On November 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) connected to the “J” account using a mobile phone within a passenger car parked in F Service at the time of the official week; and (b) distributed the same by transmitting sex-related video images taken by the victim’s employees, including K (W, 39 years of age), to the 7-8 employees of the victim’s workplace, including K (W, and 39 years of age).

(d)

The Defendant, at around 09:51 on November 9, 2016, connected to the account of “N” to L, and opened the account of “N” in M, and 200,000,000 won using Daejeon ston and love.

In addition to the phrase, the above video was distributed by inserting a sexually related video recorded in the following manner: (a) the foregoing video was distributed.

E. On December 8, 2016, the Defendant connected 10:05 aroundO to the account of IP “P” and, at the same time, included the victim’s private life against K and other employees of the same workplace.
