From July 13, 2011 to July 25, 2011, the Defendant was hospitalized in D Hospital located in Datyang City C with parasisis for a period of 13 days.

However, after being hospitalized, the Defendant did not receive any special treatment other than the resistant medication, such as the depression and stability, and had no need to be hospitalized from time to time, such as going out and staying out of the country.

Nevertheless, from July 27, 201 to September 5, 2011, the Defendant submitted relevant documents to the victim interesting life insurance company, victim Samsung Bio-life insurance company, victim interesting fire insurance company, victim merts fire insurance company, victim lot fire insurance company, victim's damage insurance company, victimING life insurance company, victim ING life insurance company, victim merg-ray company, victim AI damage insurance company, and victim AI damage insurance company, and submitted them with relevant documents as if they were inevitably hospitalized for 13 days, and received KRW 3,956,470 from the above victims.
